A vibrant restaurant for all occasions

Local and seasonal are two key words in Fågelbrohus’ kitchen. The culinary team works together to develop flavours, menus and offerings, where locally sourced, seasonal ingredients are of the highest importance. We invite you to enjoy both lunch and dinner in our restaurant.

Monday-Thursday we serve a set menu at Fågelbrohus. Our à la carte menu is available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Set in the heart of the hotel is our bar, located next to the lobby. Here you’ll find refreshing drinks, Swedish ‘fika’ and from midday our ‘Always at Fågelbrohus’ menu, serving our tasty burgers, Matjes herring and other tasty treats.

They say that “breakfast is the most important meal of the day”, and we tend to agree. Our breakfast has become a guest favourite and that’s something we are very proud of. We work with local producers such as Värmdös Musteri, serve carefully selected produce and make our own mini pancakes every morning.
